quilting stars

I had a fabulous day with our dear Frugal Queen today (gawd bless her!) and two other lovely quilty ladies.
We were making star blocks...here is one Froogs made earlier:


and here is my initial effort:


We had a gorgeous lunch of HM soup with bread and quiche, and the.most.divine cake!

I was thoroughly looked after, and can totally recommend Froogs gentle teaching style.

  2. I have just commented on FQ's blog about how lovely the elephant fabric is....aha! It is yours! Your blocks look lovely but what I really want to know is.....where did you find the elephant fabric please? xx
